3. Delivery Policy

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods within the timescales that are estimated on this website. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to factors out of our control and Coastal Kids shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products within the estimated timescales. 4. Payment Terms

All prices shown on the Site are in UK Pounds Sterling and, where applicable, include VAT. Payment for products and services on the Site can be made via Credit Card. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. Coastal Kids reserves the right to change prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Site at our discretion. 5. Billing Information Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, by our judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site. You agree to promptly update you account or other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Product Information

Coastal Kids attempts to be as accurate as possible, however, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from the Site that you receive is not as described by the Site it can be returned – unused – as described in our Returns Policy. If we discover an error has occurred in the price of the goods that you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible and be given the option to pay the correct amount or cancel your order for a full refund. If we cannot contact you using the information you have provided then we will treat the order as cancelled. If you purchase an item listed as in stock on the Site which we find is currently out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible by email/phone. You will be given the option to cancel your order and be fully refunded or wait until the item returns to stock at which point it will be dispatched to you.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable.

All content on the Site is the property of Coastal Kids or suppliers and is protected by UK copyright and database laws. You may not extract or use any content or parts of the content of the Site.

10. Testimonials & Reviews

If you submit a testimonial and/or review (collectively, “testimonial”) using our Social Media, Contact Form or Email then you agree that we may publish your testimonial, together with your name, on this Site (and any successor Site we may operate) at our discretion. You further agree that we may edit the testimonial and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonial. We will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views. You may terminate this license by giving us 30 days written notice of termination.
